Yes, Visa Concierge already exists. However, we've upgraded the platform to enable a better customer experience. We've introduced the third-party chat channels and a series of functionalities to support you in navigating and making the most of the new normal.

The upgraded Visa Concierge is:

  • Enabled for third-party chat channels on WhatsApp, LINE and KakaoTalk in selected markets
  • Supported in multiple languages
